Position Description
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join
our ever expanding 24/7.
Position Type:
The individual MUST be willing and able to work shifts outside of
regular business hours (weekends also required). Please state your
availability on your cover letter.
This position would be an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys
interacting with external customers on the phone, via live chat, and
via e-mail.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide hosting information, upgrade options, pricing, and account
information to existing/prospective clients via phone, live chat
services, and email.
Input customer-related information into tracking software in a timely
and accurate manner.
Re-route customer calls to Technical Support or Billing Teams as appropriate.
Escalate issues to Team Leader, Customer Service Manager as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Requirements
University/College degree.
General business-related courses preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements
1-3 years experience in a 24/7 customer service / call center environment.
Previous customer service experience an absolute must!
Basic familiarity with web, ftp, email, and domain hosting technology.
Previous similar work experience beneficial.
Previous insides sales experience beneficial.
Technical Skills Requirements
Familiarity of website hosting and email services.
Basic general knowledge of Linux, Windows and networking concepts
ideal.
Soft Skills Requirements
Must have ***excellent*** command of the English language.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have excellent e-mail and phone etiquette.
Individual must be motivated, enthusiastic, patient and able to work
independently as well as in a team environment.
Individual must be efficient and able to multi-task.
Individual must be able to learn quickly
